Shipping from our U.S. logistics center
Our selected gemstone inventory is imported in advance and stored in our U.S. logistics center in Florida. Orders are shipped from Florida once per week.
For customers in the United States, this means the goods are already inside the U.S. before shipment. Customs handling and applicable import duties are taken care of before the goods enter our U.S. inventory.
This makes delivery easier for U.S. customers: no import customs handling at delivery, no unexpected import duties from our side and a smoother receiving process.
For customers outside the United States, we select the most suitable and cost-effective shipping method for each order. In most cases, we use USPS First-Class Package International Service when available, depending on destination, parcel size, value and tracking options.
For all destinations outside the United States, the recipient is responsible for any local customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or other charges required by the destination country.
Shipping times can vary by destination, carrier handling, holidays and local delivery conditions. We provide available tracking information whenever possible.
Return Policy
Returns and product concerns
We want customers to receive the stone or jewelry piece as described and shown as honestly as possible in photos.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days after delivery and include your order information, photos and a short description of the issue.
Because gemstones are natural products, color, inclusions, small surface features and optical effects can vary by light, angle and display screen. These natural characteristics are not automatically defects.
Returns must be approved before sending anything back. Items should be unused, unaltered and safely packed. Return shipping instructions will be provided after review.
Custom selections, special B2B lots, modified jewelry and made-to-order items may be excluded from return unless there is a confirmed mistake or damage issue.
Payment Policy
Payments and order handling
We accept common payment methods depending on the order type and sales channel, including credit cards, cashier checks, bank transfers and Zelle.
Retail orders may be handled through our active sales channels, including eBay, depending on the current listing and item availability. For B2B, wholesale or custom requests, payment terms are confirmed individually before an order is prepared or shipped.
Orders are processed after payment confirmation. For larger selections, custom lots or reserved items, partial payment or full prepayment may be required.
Prices, availability and shipping costs can change depending on stone selection, order size, destination and requested service level.

When you contact us through the website, we collect the information you submit, such as your name, email address, company, message and uploaded files.
This information is used to answer your request, prepare selections, handle B2B communication and keep a local record of customer inquiries.
We do not sell customer contact information. Uploaded photos or documents are used only to understand and process your request.
Basic technical information such as IP address, browser information and request time may be stored for spam protection, security and website statistics.

Important notes about gemstones
Larimar and Dominican amber are natural materials. Color, structure, inclusions, translucency and optical effects can vary from piece to piece.
Blue amber can look different depending on sunlight, UV light, dark background, camera settings and viewing angle. We try to show products as realistically as possible.
